...isn't the Monaco Grand Prix (although it's a great reason to be awake). I am smoking this bad boy for a party today:
It's a 12-1/2# brisket. I also have a !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! of my own making and a turkey breast also on the smoker. Here's to hoping they turn out well!

time I tried smoking I kit my buddy's lawn on fire. We finished it in the offer and it turned it awesome. Just keep the smoker away from anything else combustible life lawns decks and the rest of you fuel supply. Im awake this early cuz my kids don't believe in sleeping

This is the 3rd time I've been at the helm of the smoker, and each time, it's been on concrete in front of my garage. The other 2 times have gone pretty well, and now I'm hoping this one turns out just as good (if not better!)

Canna tell if that's a giant chicken or a teeny turkey- either way, that looks delicious (I like my grilled fowl looking exactly like that!)

Lordy, then that's a humongous pot-o-potatoes!! =)
Grilled turkey rules, I think it's my personal favorite method (though I will say, I've never had it deep fried).
